GENERAL FUNCTION

  • Serve as administrative support for Senior Trust Advisors in every aspect of servicing their client base to ensure greater client satisfaction, client retention and growth, and compliance with all policies and procedures governing fiduciary relationships
  • Support the client base of up to 2 Senior Trust Advisors
  • Primary interface with trust accounting system, Workflow, and trust operations
  • Responsible for understanding and implementing all internal policy and procedures

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Service:
    - Frequent direct communication with client
    -
    Support Senior Trust Advisor with all decision-making aspects of trust administration
    - Partner with Trust Advisor to retain client base
    -
    Partner with Trust Advisor to optimize effective and efficient process and client service
  • Account Administration
    - Review daily trust activity
    -
    Ensure compliance with all processes and procedures- work with Senior Trust Advisor to ensure all documentation is retained
    - Work with Senior Trust Advisor and Trust Tax to ensure proper tax reporting
    - Coordinate with Middle Office on: Account opening, Cash transactions and Asset transfers
  • Sales:
    - Partner with Senior Trust Advisor on marketing proposals and materials
    -
    Assist with Life 360
    - Utilize CRM

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITES REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree required; significant experience and expertise within Trust
  • 3-5 years fiduciary client service/sales experience
  • CTFA or working toward (preferred)
  • Professional communication skills
  • Knowledge of trust administration, estate planning strategies, and income and estate tax matters
