Overview

Element has an opportunity for an Administrator/Receptionist to join our growing team in Fairfield, OH. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global TIC business. The primary function of the Administrator/Receptionist is performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations. Their duties include answering and transferring phone calls to employees, sorting and delivering mail to employees, and greeting/logging visitors when they arrive at the lab

Responsibilities
    Appropriately logging visitors in compliance with ITAR regulations
  • Provide Safety briefing for all visitors
  • Monitor front desk and direct calls and visitors as appropriate
  • Assist in planning company events, meetings, and luncheons
  • Contract review of new PO's
  • Project invoicing
  • Assist collections team in resolving past due receivables
  • Procurement and PO creation for the facility
  • Manage all subcontract services (PO creation, auditing invoice to PO, logging all deliverables)
  • Ensure kitchen items are cleaned daily (loading/unloading dishwasher)
  • Assisting Operations Support Team as needed (order entry, data/report writing, shipping, etc.)
Skills / Qualifications
  • High school diploma required, prior administration or clerical experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Proficiency in LIMS and AX
  • Ability to remain calm when faced with mounting pressure related to deadlines and multiple priorities
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs. Good interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect.
  • Ability to interface with clients, corporate accounting department

Physical Demands:

  • Frequency of required physical force: Occasional
  • Lifting requirements: lifting <50 lbs. often (incoming and outgoing packages)
  • Ability to stand on feet for 25% of time

This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status under 8 U.S.C. * 1324b(a)(3), or U.S. Government export authorization is required.
