The Leader of Business Integrations directs and coordinates a team of professionals who provide technical system and process support for the PGL and North Shore Gas Operations functions. A solid understanding of field and operational practices, organizations, processes and systems is required to effectively manage technical and process solution implementation and their overall integration across the multiple systems and business processes utilized both within and outside of the department. The ability to develop staff via mentoring is required.

• Plan work activity schedules, resource allocation, prioritization of project, etc.
• Develop scope of work, project approach, design criteria, etc. Organize and coordinate project meetings, responses to data requests, selection of outside service provides, etc.
• Manage "medium" complexity projects, manage tactical direction and configuration for operational system support and perform evaluations and analysis including:
  • Process analysis and efficiency improvement identification and implementation
  • Prototype specification, design, and development
  • Reporting solution design and development
  • Overall data management
  • Application administration & support including interfaces
  • Management of initiatives for Business Systems and Competitive Excellence
• Accountable for training and supervising entry, intermediate, and senior level employees.
• Develop employees through coaching, mentoring, and providing performance feedback. Promote and model WEC Energy Group's Vision, Mission, Values and Expectations.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related discipline
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• 5+ years using standard computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• 5+ years of analytical and/or project management experience in the natural gas industry

• SQL querying experience
• Work Management and Customer Information systems experience
