Position Function | The Assistant Director of Disability Services is a member of the Disability Services leadership team and helps facilitate the office's efforts to provide access and opportunity for Ball State students with disabilities. The Assistant Director reports to the Director of Disability Services and supports the Director in supervising staff and managing the accessibility initiatives of Disability Services. |
Minimum Education | Master's degree from an accredited institution by August 1st, 2024. |
Minimum Experience | At least one year of experience (professional or para professional) in higher education. |
Minimum Other | Ability to work effectively with students from diverse social, cultural, economic, and educational backgrounds. |
Authorization to work in the US | Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship. |
