JOB DESCRIPTION:

Repack of materials/product ensuring no damage. If damaged, fill out a QA HOLD tag correctly and the Team Leader or Supervisor is to be notified. All tags and labeling is transferred to new containers. Perform inventory transactions using RF scanners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for 5S
• Responsible to manage dock doors of materials being received
• Transfer product to correct locations and make correct labels using RF scanner
• Keep the Tool Crip & Engineer carts flowing between East & West Receiving
• Sort and wrap empty totes
• Verify bar codes, labels and quantity
• Cover dock areas during their breaks/lunch if needed
• Be versatile to be trained in our other job assignments to cover during vacation/OA days

• Communication during shift change about pertinent information
• Any other duties assigned by team leader or supervisor

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND ABILITIES:

• 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment
• Previous reach truck or sit down fork lift experience preferred
• Self-starter
• Ability to multitask
• Organizational skills
• Excellent verbal & written communications skills
• Good problem solving skills
• High School Diploma
