What You Can Expect:

Summary


Evaluates and assesses current market conditions and implements marketing/sales strategic plans for private pay
product lines to drive private pay census. Collaborates with Sales team to meet deadlines, goals and adhere to
company policies and procedures. Supports the profitable growth through referral and sales activities within all
service lines for assigned campus to exceed daily census goals to reach full occupancy.


Duties and Responsibilities


1. Implements, organizes and directs the sales programs for the health campus in conjunction with Company
policies and procedures.
2. Supports achievement of established occupancy goals for assigned campus/cluster to reach full occupancy.
3. Executes sales process and the conversion to move-in percentages resulting in overall census with a focus on
private pay.
4. Generates admissions through referral partnerships and advancing the inquiry sales process through followup and closing to achieve daily/weekly/monthly expectations in partnership with the Community Services
Representative (CSR) and Executive Director as evident through use of the CRM system. Ensure 10 call outs
per day and daily use of CRM to drive sales.
5. Responsible for ensuring that inquiry management tools are used as working toolsfor all private pay inquiries.
Accurately maintains all data to allow for analysis and trend review to drive business decisions.
6. Responds to all referral and inquiries properly, timely, and with appropriate follow-up. Participates with the
leadership/back-up team to handle inquiries/referrals timely including CRM Management.
7. Supports welcoming new customer standards and communicates to campus team members related to movein activities (i.e. welcome gift, move in communication and process, move in paperwork).
8. Assists with competitive analysis collecting and coordinating data, as required and requested.
9. Demonstrates expertise and execution in Trilogy Service Standards (our service separators).
10. Ensuring campus is tour ready including back up team resources, tour path, model room, first impressions,
and tour stations. Executes tours as part primary team
11. Provides hands on training support to campus back up teams on inquiry and tour etiquette and inquiry
management using Relationship Sales techniques.
12. Flexibility to work peak hours for sales and outreach event traffic.
13. Ensure data integrity with sales process, CRM data and census reconciliation to support Zero lost revenue
days.
14. Participates in mystery shops and ongoing sales training
15. Participates in planning and execution of events to grow target lead base

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    Knowledge of:

    • Concepts, principles, and practices of sales, promotions, and marketing?
    • Customer and market dynamics and demographics.
    • Health care principles, practices, regulations, concepts, and procedures as applied to the care of patients in a skilled or assisted living facility.
    • Compliance with external regulatory agencies and organizations for all areas of responsibility.

    Skills in:

    • Interpersonal and analytical analysis; gathering and compiling information and reviewing and adjusting discrepancies.
    • CRM usage.
    • Ongoing development of a servant leadership culture that strives to achieve the highest ethical standards.
    • Organizing multiple tasks simultaneously and adhering to goals and/or deadlines.
    • Organization with strong attention to detail.

    Ability to:

    • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Identify and recommend solutions to problems.
    • Operate standard office equipment and use required software applications to produce correspondence, electronic communication and maintain spreadsheets and databases.
    • Maintain confidentiality and professional discretion.
    • Deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, vendors, and the public.
    • Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
    • Review and analyze report information, while using critical thinking skills to evaluate data for regulatory compliance.
    • Organize, prioritize and track multiple tasks with strong attention to efficiency and detail.
    • Work independently, as well as collaboratively, within a team environment.
    • Provide a high level of customer service in a calm and professional manner.

    Qualifications:
    * Bachelor's degree in marketing or business from an accredited college or university.

    Experience:

    • Three (3) to five (5) years' experience in outside Sales and/or marketing, in a healthcare, senior living industry, pharmacy or environment preferred.
    • Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
