Job Summary:

As the SuccessFactors System Manager you will bring knowledge, expertise, and implementation experience as we support and execute business objectives of the HR function. Reporting to the Sr. Director, HR Systems, you will impact the evolution of the Human Resources function and the Belden employee experience by developing, enhancing, and maintaining our HR systems.

You will serve as the subject matter expert for our global implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central, including system design and setup from implementation to go-live. You will also provide user support, ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting and data flow once the solution has been successfully launched. You will implement new features and functionality, including testing, project management, end-user documentation and training, and communications which will support both the system and user experience. You will be in a leadership role, responsible to guide development, growth, and structure of the team.


Responsibilities:

You will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Collaborate with HRIS, HRIT and HR global team in the design, implementation, maintenance, and setup of SuccessFactors cloud-based technology for Employee Central
  • Project manage system changes from the solution phase through development, testing, implementation, and post go-live support
  • Work with the HRIS, HRIT and global HR teams to create solutions to meet our business processes and needs
  • Coordinate testing and implementation of system changes, upgrades, and new functionality
  • Drive communication and change management efforts for the global organization
  • Document standard processes: create and deploy user guides and resources to support HR, leaders, and end-users
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance with questions for daily system operations
  • Continuously look for opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve processes


Required Skills and Experience

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience administering and configuring SuccessFactors, including Employee Central
  • Experience implementing SuccessFactors modules including requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and final solution rollout
  • Knowledge of HR processes and how they impact HR systems
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to work with a remote team and in a global environment
  • Adaptability and openness to new approaches and feedback
  • Interest and passion for career development in the field of HR and/or HRIS
  • Ability to work across all levels of the organization

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $112,300 - 168,500 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
