About the Role

Leave of Absence (LOA) Administration is an exciting optional service offered to clients in Puerto Rico. The team provides administrative and transactional support services for employees' leave of absence requests.

Responsibilities

* Answering LOA calls as their primary task and makes RTW calls.

* Processing LOA assistant conducts outbound follow-up calls and handles after-hours voicemail messages. During each call, they employ active listening, probing, play-back, and style-matching techniques to assess customer requirements.

* Sends leave request emails to supervisors/HR/OHS

* Monitoring account mailbox and faxes for new leaves entry in LOA system, LOA extensions. Generate leave policy kits and assign cases to applicable LOA client specialist.

* Entering data and update information of cases in the system for LOA Client Specialist call backs

* Managing 3- point contact partial process collect new medical release forms, send MRF to medical office. Contact medical office administator to coordinate case management and support update activity reports.

* Processing LOA assistant will support the Client Specialist by tracking cases and carrying out HRIS transactions. This includes Advice to Pay and Leave Status Feeds. Assist with administrative projects, such as updating employment statuses, using format.

* Collaborating with the LOA team to enhance service delivery efficiency and quality. This involves implementing improved automation, streamlining processes, quality initiatives, and enhancing online reference tools.

Requirements

* Able to process leave requests through full knowledge of the absence management cycle. Case Management System, client specifics and relevant laws. Able to prioritize urgent case support.

* Develop within the role includes strengthening existing competencies. Leveraging skills across client teams and taking on new opportunities.

* Able to facilitate warm transfers to the client's disability vendor and initiate claims . Ensure smooth information transfer and handle confidential issues.

* Able to work with LOA Client Specialist and disability Vendors

* Need to support LOA Client Specialists by providing accurate information. Ensure quality leave case management and document inquiries and leave initiations concisely, requiring effective written communication skills.

* Possess diploma High School is a must, college or bachelor's.

* Possess computer knowledge.

* Able to communicate in English and Spanish.

* Experience or knowledge in Leave of Absence. Exceptional communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with external disability vendors.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

22,500 USD

Maximum :

35,700 USD
