Night Shift
Up to $36/hour

Clarke Fire, a division of Clarke Power Services, is headquartered in Springdale, (Cincinnati) Ohio. We are recognized worldwide as a leading manufacturer of diesel fire pump engines. We are looking for someone to join our team as an industrial painter.
Industrial Painter Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Apply paint to diesel engine, parts, and structural steel surfaces.
  • Inspect incoming batches for color accuracy.
  • Scrape, sandpaper, prime, or seal surfaces (as needed) prior to painting.
  • Manage paint inventory and indicate when an order is needed.
  • Apply touch-ups or second coats.
  • Clean up all equipment, including paint booth and spray guns.
  • Follow established protection procedures.
  • Maintain logs of Volatile Organic Compound and spray volume
  • Must be familiar with HVLP paint guns and process.
  • Painting will be part of interview process.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
PHYSICAL and SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
  • While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
  • Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.
