In this role you will:

  • Fill in for any position related to order fulfillment or inventory control as required by workload and/or staffing levels.
  • Ensure the unboxing and setup schedule is keeping up with workload and management's expectations for efficient and timely delivery of product to end users.
  • Ensure shop associates have the training and tools required to stay current with our product lines.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of order processing, inventory management, and overall logistics strategy.
  • Ensure that monthly and quarterly inventories are completed, including reporting to Manager and Director.
  • Assist in the creation, modification, and execution of workflow in support of eAutomate sales order, logistics and inventory processes.
  • Supervise members of the Logistics team including work allocation, training, problem resolution and recommendations for hiring and firing.
  • Conduct leadership components of the performance review process including establishing appropriate and measurable goals, reviewing progress throughout the year, documenting performance, and conducting performance reviews.

You should have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of logistics or inventory knowledge.
  • Valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance as dictated by state requirements.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Ability to supervise and train associates, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate honestly, clearly, and effectively.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Ability to work successfully under pressure with a level demeanor.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other software as needed.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge of eAutomate software.
  • Physical effort required, lifting between 10-25 lbs.
