Job Description

RENK Systems Corporation is among the leading suppliers of state-of-the-art test systems and industrial gear units. 
In this position you will work in a very small team environment with wide-ranging responsibilities in which your contribution is highly valued and have a direct impact on the success of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Propose and submit Incurred Costs Proposal Model (ICE) in accordance with FAR 52.216-7. 
  • Adjust and modify local ERP system to be compliant with DCAA regulations.
  • Main contact for DCAA audits.
  • Training others while implementing DCAA requirements.
  • Assure that programs are aligned to DCAA standards and invoiced correctly in the PIEE system.
  • Assure that quotations are conform to DCAA standards.
  • Preparing and analyzing accounting records and financial statements for management and DCAA.
  • Assisting with operational procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Level/pay for this position will be commensurate with experience.

 

Qualifications:

 
  • BS or BA in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 2 years prior related experience or Associates Degree and a minimum of 6 years prior related experience.  
  • Must be proficient in the DCAA requirements.
  • Must be familiar with Cost Accounting.
  • Must be familiar with MS Office, Great Plains/ Dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently, strong self-motivation skills.
  • Must be flexible, maintain a positive can-do attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
