Job Description
Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an attorney with relevant supply chain/commercial contracts experience to join the Supply Chain practice in our Milwaukee or Chicago office as an associate. Alternate Foley office locations may be considered based on business need and the candidate's experience.

Qualified candidates ideally have at least 2 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including supply and distribution agreements, equipment purchase/sale agreements, and professional services agreements. Candidate must have strong analytical, writing, communications and interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail, and must be well-organized and committed to client service. Candidate will be expected to manage multiple projects and priorities and to develop relationships with colleagues and clients.

We are seeking a hard-working, well-rounded, highly motivated attorney who is willing to work collaboratively on supply chain, commercial transaction, and distribution relationship issues, including those involving manufacturers, service providers, suppliers, dealers, distributors, sales representatives, etc. Large law firm experience preferred, and top academics required.

To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the bar of the jurisdiction(s) where the candidate is admitted to practice. Timely admission to the bar coinciding with the office of hire will be a condition of employment. Interested applicants should submit resume and law school transcript. Starting base salary for this position is $225,000.
