Job Description

1. Work closely with BAs and service delivery teams to analyze and find out the service competency gap to better meetbusiness improving need, and lead projects to realize the competency of service delivery team with possible trainingresources.

2. Lead the necessary new courses development according to training requests and curriculum framework to fulfill theneeds of business development, and define the qualification associated with the courses.

3. Participate in the development of tech assessment, and provide support during the assessment procedures.

4. According to tech people training and development plan, deliver training courses for internal employees, customers and distributors in the fields or other campuses.

5. Coach trainers, colleagues and students in all learning environments to present the learning content in the most active and efficient way. And adhere to the policy and processes for training to enable a standardized course delivery.

6. Evaluate the courses and assess the students to improve course quality.

7. Arrange training systems, materials and classrooms to ensure that courses can be delivered in optimal conditions(classrooms, systems and lab environment).

8. Order/return parts/reagent for training requirements, to ensure the training courses can be delivered as scheduled.

9. Be responsible for training systems maintenances.

10. Participate the new products release, and gain field experiences to develop and deliver training that better suits the products and realistic environment

11. Be the window person to Global System Support. Report and transfer technical problem to GCS with appropriate channels, and keep in touch with Global Customer Service to ensure existing courses content is up to date.

13. Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

14. Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)
