Job Duties

  • Participate/Lead technical design sessions; collect, analyze, identify, and document functional requirements that meet business needs.

  • Design and develop solutions based upon user specifications

  • Enhance current implementation of Microsoft Power Platform CoE and make progress on setting up standards and governance process using CoE toolkit.

  • Manage user access, permissions, and roles, address support requests, and troubleshoot system issues.

  • Support internal Power Apps community and provide guidance and best practices for citizen developers

  • Govern, address, and remediate security vulnerability findings in Power Platform

  • Document and demonstrate solutions through flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, user guide, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience

  • 1+ years of experience developing Power Platform solutions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI Reporting

  • Familiarity with data connections, data modeling, data gateways and formula writing within Power Apps.

  • Familiarity with PowerShell and JavaScript for configuration, administration, and scripting of operational tasks.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE)

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud technologies. (nice to have)

  • Familiarity with SharePoint Online design and administration. (nice to have)

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Written and oral communication proficiency including ability to design information, documentation, training material, and more as needed.
