We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician with experience within a manufacturing or machine shop setting.
Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical failures on industrial equipment including CNC machines, welding power supplies and welding accessories, sandblast equipment, and hydraulic/ pneumatic systems including forklifts and cranes.
- Performing routine predictive and preventive maintenance
- Perform machine geometries - aligning and balancing industrial machines.
- Establishing/adhering to repair schedules and providing technical assistance to other departments as needed.
- Providing assistance and training other departmental members as may be required during on-going plant operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of industrial mechanical and electrical maintenance experience repairing machines, equipment, and hydraulics.
- Proficiency using PLCs to troubleshoot machines
- Knowledge of Computer numerical controls
- Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics
