We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician with experience within a manufacturing or machine shop setting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical failures on industrial equipment including CNC machines, welding power supplies and welding accessories, sandblast equipment, and hydraulic/ pneumatic systems including forklifts and cranes.
  • Performing routine predictive and preventive maintenance
  • Perform machine geometries - aligning and balancing industrial machines.
  • Establishing/adhering to repair schedules and providing technical assistance to other departments as needed.
  • Providing assistance and training other departmental members as may be required during on-going plant operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of industrial mechanical and electrical maintenance experience repairing machines, equipment, and hydraulics.
  • Proficiency using PLCs to troubleshoot machines
  • Knowledge of Computer numerical controls
  • Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics
