We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Global Compensation & Benefits Lead to join our Total Rewards Team. The ideal candidate is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and implementing compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organization's overall goals. This individual plays an integral role in the company's ability to attract, retain, and motivate.

The candidate will be involved in conducting market research, analyzation of data, and making recommendations to improve compensation & benefits packages. This role requires a strong understanding of compensation practices and benefits administration. , and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders.

What you'll do:

  • Analyze salary survey data to determine competitive compensation benchmarks for various job roles
  • Develop, implement, and administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including base pay, incentives, and health and welfare benefits
  • Collaborate with HR and management to design and recommend improvements to compensation and benefits structures based on industry trends and best practices
  • Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management regarding compensation and benefits strategies, resources, and budget
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to compensation and benefits programs
  • Participate in the design and administration of employee recognition and wellness programs
  • Manage relationship with company's Employee Benefits Broker and successfully complete annual benefits open enrollment
  • Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensation related matters, including job evaluations, promotions, and salary adjustments
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits administration

What you'll bring:

  • BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Certified Compensation Professional preferred
  • 5-7 years experience in compensation and benefits analysis, including job evaluation, market pricing, and benefits administration
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits, including FLSA, ACA, and ERISA
  • Proficiency utilizing compensation survey tools (preferably Aon)
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Payroll (preferably Microsoft Dynamics and Dayforce)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to all organizational levels
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently, with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
