Job Description

PRIMARYFUNCTION:

The Service Technician is responsible for the SERVICE, DIAGNOSTIC and REPAIR of refrigeration and HVAC systems. Primary area of concentration will include supermarkets, warehouse clubs, convenience stores, drug stores, food service and industrial accounts.

SPECIFICDUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Pipe fitting and Brazing aptitude

* Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems

* Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction

* Provide written detailed documentation to customer

* Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot service issues

* Maintain knowledge of company offered services

* Comprehension of piping and electrical diagrams

* Other duties may be assigned as needed

BASICQUALIFICIATIONS:

* 1-5 years' experience in single Units, AC units and some mechanical experience in Rack

* 3-5 years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred

* Strong communication skills

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

* Valid driver's license and safe driving record

* EPA Approved Universal Technician Certification preferred

* Commercial and/or Supermarket experience is preferred.

* Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and overtime

* Ability to work on an on-call bases (Pending location)

* Team Player that works well with others

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS:

* Regularly required to stand; walk; climb; carry; bend; kneel; reach; push; pull and
occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

* Physically able to climb ladders, work at high elevations

* Ability to work in various weather conditions
