Essential Functions Statement(s)

Performs day-to-day operation of material handling through use of fork-lift. This includes moving raw materials, finished goods, work in process (WIP), materials throughout the production floor, accurately completes paperwork, associated with incoming product and customer shipments. Participate in cycle counts and inventory as directed. Safely operates sit-down rider and electric motor hand carts. Operate overhead bridge crane as needed.

  • 80% Perform day-to-day operations of material handling throughout production floor.
  • 10% Complete required paperwork regarding incoming product and customer shipments.
  • 5% Participate in cycle counts and inventory as directed.
  • 5% Other duties as assigned.

Must complete required training for forklift and overhead bridge crane operations. Ensure safety, quality and efficiency standards are being met.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: Previous forklift experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment if preferred

We run a 24/7 auto parts manufacturing plant, where we do CNC machine work for CV Joints/HUBs.
