Position Responsibilities
The Sr. Corporate Renewables Recruiter is responsible for the following:
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies
  • Network through renewables (solar & wind) societies and associations
  • Develop robust pipelines of renewables (solar & wind) talent
  • Work with the Manager of University and Trade School Relations as well as the Director of Military Relations to coordinate recruiting efforts
  • Conduct intake meetings to develop job descriptions, salary ranges, and recruitment timelines
  • Post positions in all applicable venues
  • Keep track of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Select and interview the best candidates and coordinate onsite interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain all applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Maintain all requirements mandated by OFCCP, EEOC, and AAP
  • Prepare, seek the approval for, and deliver offer letters
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist to onboard selected employees
  • Education
    High School Diploma
    Position Requirements
    REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future
  • High school diploma or equivalent with a preference for a bachelor or master's degree in business or human resources
  • Minimum of 8 years of corporate recruiting in renewables, construction, or similar industry experience (OR a minimum of 10 years' experience as a project manager in the solar or wind industry with an interest in moving into a corporate recruiting role.)

    ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor and in a team environment
  • Ability and willingness to mentor junior recruiters
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of a renewables and heavy civil construction company

    PREFERENCES:
  • Bachelor or master's degree in business or human resources
  • Ability and willingness to work at the corporate office in Indianapolis, Indiana
